a mobile app incubator. we back first-time app founders with $20k in credits and the network to launch or scale. two tracks: the build track (we build your app) and the growth track (we run your marketing).
first-time app founders. the build track is for founders with an idea. the growth track is for technical founders with a live app that needs distribution. if you've built and scaled a mobile app before, this is not the program for you.
$20k per company. build track: applied as dev and marketing credits toward design, engineering, and launch. growth track: applied as marketing credits toward ugc, organic growth, and creator campaigns. not cash paid to you.
$20k in credits toward either the build or the growth of your app, the team that runs it with you, and access to the full trot network from kickoff to exit.
consumer mobile. if it is not an app, we are not the right fit.
a handful of founders per cycle. most applicants do not get in. the ones that do get everything.

yes. your app has to be live in the app store or google play at time of application.
ugc creator campaigns, organic social growth, paid ads if it makes sense, aso, and paywall optimization. our team executes end to end.
yes. terms are disclosed at signing. same equity structure across both tracks.
